I was thinking about a few things when making this. This was another stream of consciousness approach where I started with nothing and added and removed elements to see where it would take me. It evolved fairly quickly into a satirical take on the law or principle of diminishing returns, and I was thinking mainly about agriculture, where we are engineering our food to be larger and larger, but losing a lot in the process, and possibly risking our collective health. But this concept of enhancement and augmentation also speaks to the human condition where we witness the fruits of our youth falling away over time, and the vitality and health give way to ailments and eventually death.

So while this was meant to be light-hearted and satirical, it still has its fangs in my constant companion - the woes of fading youth!
